Had to get my tunes adjusted a little bit from they originally sent. But with the new tunes truck runs great and lots of power. I just run lvl 3 tow tune and im very pleased with it. Haven't gone past level 3 to test the power, trying not to break stuff but Imagine they are nice.
I had a friend install it he also recommended the tune and everything where to buy it 2hr job he was done truck had blown def pump wasn’t going to fix it so I had it all taken out runs like a dream now bye bye dpf
Over all I am extremely happy with this kit. Things that need addressing: You have to ask for the installation instructions for the EGR delete kit to be emailed to you. The EGR kit does not come with the barbed/NPT threaded nipple adapter like other kits do. It also doesn’t have a good locking mechanism to hold the orher end of the heater hose into the junction. (See photos). There for I had to use galvanized wire to secure it because it eventually started to separate even though the plate was holding it together. The stainless exhaust is awesome. I did the upgraded to 308 stainless and it is high quality! I didn’t have to trim or cut the pieces at all on my short bed mega cab. Once I figured out how to install the programming into the the tuner that was also pretty easy. Customer service is very good and quick to reply to emails and they are Americans, if you call in.
6.7L Cummins Delete Kit | Complete DPF/DEF/EGR Delete | Ram 2013–2021
The egr removal was fairly simple after watching a good YouTube video by dark iron diesel. There’s some really tight areas you gotta reach into. Removing some nuts in weird angles requires some thinking. Had a leak on one of my blocker plates that’s why you see soot on the plate. Changed gasket and flipped it over and no more leak. If you’re any good with your hands you’ll be okay.
Ram 2500/3500 Cummins 6.7L EGR & Cooler Delete Kit (2010-2025)
Got the whole delete kit for my 6.7 Cummins tune process and exhaust went well and is performing very well truck is running fantastic and sounds nuts.
Downloading was a breeze. Truck performance is awesome. MPG went up about 8 miles to gallon. The transmission shift points could be a little better. Overall the tunes provided by them are great.

Received my 2019 Ram 2500 complete delete kit in 5 days from ordering, all parts arrived undamaged. The install was not too complicated assuming you have some mechanical abilities and are comfortable tearing your truck apart. Highly recommend shorty 15mm for one of the bolts on the EGR elbow on the front of the engine, that was the biggest pain out of everything. My truck sounds amazing now!! I could not believe how much better the truck drives and sounds. Customer service was super responsive as well, I reached out several times with a few questions along the way from ordering to install and they responded quickly and with the information I needed. I would definitely order from them again.

Solid tunes truck feels good not much smoke at all. Trans seemed to slip in second right after the 1-2 shift but has gotten much better for sure I think it just needed sometime to recalibrate and understand what was going on

I ordered my kit about a year ago and finally got the courage to install it. I had one moment of panic while programming the ECU. The flash didn't take and after reaching out to the support team, I overlooked the bypass wire instructions for my year truck. After swapping the wires, everything went smoothly. I ordered just the delete pipe and it fit perfectly without any cutting. I'm very pleased with the product and support that Tuner Depot has provided.

So glad I went with TunerDepot! These guys have the best customer service and answered all my questions leading up to my purchase. Shipping was quick as I received my kit in 2-3 days. Everything to install was straight forward. I received an email with attached pdfs that included instructions on each item except for the EGR. I found a video by Dark Iron Diesel on Youtube, very helpful for the EGR if you have not done it before. Lastly, I installed a 13-18 5" SS exhaust I had laying around on my 19. Did not fit at all, but not difficult to shorten downpipe/reweld flange in order to fit stock downpipe on my 19. Also threw on a SS muffler from TunerDepot. Sounds great, but still pretty damn loud!

Everything seemed really easy It all went smoothly with the tune and EGR delete There’s not a 1/2 npt x 3/4 hose bard that goes into the head was not in the kit Also throttle delete pipe would have been nice to have been in the kit. But in all very happy with the process
Worked as advertised.
The truck ran fine on the stock delete tune. Throttle response and torque felt good. This tune had a moderate amount of smoke for a stock delete tune. Ive been working with support and the first revision file cut the amount of smoke about in half. I have not flashed the second revision yet. I would recommend mentioning the amount of smoke that comes on this file or maybe offering a file with less smoke at checkout. For company owned vehicles operating in populated areas, this is not the ideal delete file.
I have not yet installed SOTF switch. But the difference in performance is amazing. I cannot wait to install the switch to see the difference.
