The EFI Live device is shipped blank.
We will email the tune file to you after your order is processed and have submitted vehicle info from our Submit Vehicle Info tool.

Over all I am extremely happy with this kit. Things that need addressing:
You have to ask for the installation instructions for the EGR delete kit to be emailed to you. The EGR kit does not come with the barbed/NPT threaded nipple adapter like other kits do. It also doesn’t have a good locking mechanism to hold the orher end of the heater hose into the junction. (See photos). There for I had to use galvanized wire to secure it because it eventually started to separate even though the plate was holding it together.
The stainless exhaust is awesome. I did the upgraded to 308 stainless and it is high quality! I didn’t have to trim or cut the pieces at all on my short bed mega cab.
Once I figured out how to install the programming into the the tuner that was also pretty easy. Customer service is very good and quick to reply to emails and they are Americans, if you call in.
Downloading was a breeze.
Truck performance is awesome.
MPG went up about 8 miles to gallon.
The transmission shift points could be a little better. Overall the tunes provided by them are great.
Received my 2019 Ram 2500 complete delete kit in 5 days from ordering, all parts arrived undamaged. The install was not too complicated assuming you have some mechanical abilities and are comfortable tearing your truck apart. Highly recommend shorty 15mm for one of the bolts on the EGR elbow on the front of the engine, that was the biggest pain out of everything. My truck sounds amazing now!! I could not believe how much better the truck drives and sounds. Customer service was super responsive as well, I reached out several times with a few questions along the way from ordering to install and they responded quickly and with the information I needed. I would definitely order from them again.
Solid tunes truck feels good not much smoke at all. Trans seemed to slip in second right after the 1-2 shift but has gotten much better for sure I think it just needed sometime to recalibrate and understand what was going on

Absolutely loving this kit! Truck sounds like a real diesel now.. Everything came within 3-4 days, installation was super easy if you follow all directions provided. Had a few questions regarding installed mods on the truck, support and the tuner were very helpful!
I ordered my kit about a year ago and finally got the courage to install it. I had one moment of panic while programming the ECU. The flash didn't take and after reaching out to the support team, I overlooked the bypass wire instructions for my year truck. After swapping the wires, everything went smoothly. I ordered just the delete pipe and it fit perfectly without any cutting. I'm very pleased with the product and support that Tuner Depot has provided.
So glad I went with TunerDepot! These guys have the best customer service and answered all my questions leading up to my purchase. Shipping was quick as I received my kit in 2-3 days. Everything to install was straight forward. I received an email with attached pdfs that included instructions on each item except for the EGR. I found a video by Dark Iron Diesel on Youtube, very helpful for the EGR if you have not done it before. Lastly, I installed a 13-18 5" SS exhaust I had laying around on my 19. Did not fit at all, but not difficult to shorten downpipe/reweld flange in order to fit stock downpipe on my 19. Also threw on a SS muffler from TunerDepot. Sounds great, but still pretty damn loud!
Absolutely amazing. Second kit I’ve ordered super simple install if you are mechanically inclined. Loads of power and switch between tunes on the fly.
2003 lb7 install was easy. I will say take your time taking the plug apart on older trucks as the plastic components are brittle. Was very impressed with the performance upgrade!
The tune is still not functioning properly whenever I hit the gas it shows that my traction control light pops up and says it doesn’t work anymore. Having trouble with the tune and doesn’t seem to want to properly function. I’ve been tuning and deleting trucks for a while and never had this issue

The install took a couple of hours with a helping hand. The complete delete on my 2017 Ram brought the diesel motor out of its slumber coupled with mpg increased significantly made the cost well worth the investment.
It was good overall I think there should be a more in depth video on how exactly to set it up, like on the computer side I looked at all the vids and instructions I could and still had trouble but overall it was prettt good.
Tune works great as always but Please send me the soft switches I ordered. I never received them, shows they got stopped at the border and sent back to sender. Ive emailed multiple times!!!
Installation went well the only thing that my installer encountered was the check engine light won’t go off. He was going to more research or reach out to you for recommendations
Sounds great just starting to use it today. Looking forward to the increase in power and hopefully fuel mileage and definitely not having to add DEF
Before installing never had a code after install getting low fuel rail pressure code under load. If I keep RPMs up just a little ( by switching to manual shift and never come out of 5 gear Allison 6 speed trans) will work fine . If u shift to 6th gear lower RPM as soon as u go up a little incline it starves for fuel and goes into reduced power mode. But if u mash the excelsior and down shifts it will take off like a rocket.
