Introduction

The 5-inch Powerstroke downpipe-back race exhaust is a full CAT and DPF delete system for the 6.7L Powerstroke, built for off-road and competition trucks that need maximum flow and hard throttle response.

  • 5' Stainless Steel Piping – full 5-inch diameter from downpipe to tip. Eliminates the factory flow restriction and supports higher exhaust volume under boost.
  • T304 or T409 Stainless Steel – T409 handles heat well for most builds. T304 adds more corrosion resistance for high-salt or wet environments.
  • No Muffler, No Bungs – straight-through competition pipe. No flow restrictions, no bung ports.
  • OE-Style Hangers & Full Hardware – bolts in using factory hanger locations. No fabrication needed on standard fitment trucks.

Performance Benefits

  • Maximum Exhaust Flow – removing the CAT and DPF eliminates the two biggest exhaust restrictions on the 6.7L. Supports better scavenging and more airflow through the turbo.
  • Lower EGTs – unrestricted flow moves heat out faster. Keeps EGTs in check under hard pulls and heavy loads.
  • Sharper Throttle Response – less backpressure means the turbo spools faster. Boost builds quicker and throttle response tightens up.

Installation Notes

Bolt-on install using factory hanger locations. All hardware included. Race tuning required before running this exhaust. 2017+ trucks with the optional 5th wheel hitch prep package will need the over-axle section modified for clearance. Does not fit Cab & Chassis. Off-road and competition use only.

What is the difference between T304 and T409?

T409 handles exhaust heat well and works for most builds. T304 has higher chromium and nickel content, making it a more premium choice for wet or high-salt environments.

Will this fit a 2017+ truck with the 5th wheel hitch prep package?

Not without modification. The over-axle pipe section will need to be modified to clear the hitch hardware.

Are there bungs for O2 sensors or EGT probes?

No. This is a no-bung competition pipe. Any sensor ports needed will have to be added at install.

Is race tuning required?

Yes. Race tuning is required for optimal performance.

Does this fit Cab & Chassis models?

No. Not compatible with Cab & Chassis configurations.

I put the ezlynk 80 hp tow haul tune with pto in and it made a world of difference in the truck. I drove it 800 miles last weekend and it went from 7 mpg to 12 mpg. I think that’s a great gain for a 19500 lb truck. It is always at that weight sometimes a little bit more. Like the throttle response and the engine brake is way better than it was. I have no complaints with it at all

I’m using it for my ELD and it tends to malfunction and turn off twice per day. I have to unplug and replug it in, which when running it as an ELD is undesirable.

Purchased the system for my 2017 F350, mainly because a buddy said I would get better fuel mileage! While that is the furthest from the truth, I relish in the increased power and loud exhaust to scare the slow people who don’t know what a speed limit is. I purchased 36.5 tires for my truck and liked that the Mini Max V2 was able to calibrate for the larger tires and lower tire pressure requirements. Over all, quite pleased.

Pipes crushed packaging so damaged ups repackaged all clamps smashed had to go to a local exhaust shop to get pipes Re-flared and get new clamps brackets/ hangers not positioned correctly had to remove and re-weld expansion pipe not correctly bent and allows pipe to drag on cross member

Packaging completely dsstroyed clamps destroyed contacted mfg they wanted photos of original packaging there wasnt any they refused to do anything about the damaged pipes even with the photos sent they could care less and fitment is horrid all bends way off of where they needed to be
