Overview

This is a complete Turbo back exhaust system for the 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 6.7L Powerstroke, available in 4 inch or 5 inch mandrel-bent piping. It replaces the factory exhaust from the turbocharger outlet all the way to the tailpipe, opening up flow across the entire system so the turbo spools faster, exhaust gas temperatures stay lower under load, and the truck delivers the deep, heavy tone expected from a purpose-built Super Duty. This system fits pickup configurations only.

Fitment: 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 6.7L Powerstroke pickups only. This system does not fit F-450, Cab & Chassis, or pre-2023 model years, as Ford revised the exhaust routing and hanger geometry for the 2023 platform.

Choosing Between 4 Inch and 5 Inch

Both diameters share the same construction, hanger layout and turbo back coverage. The difference is how much air the system moves and how loud it is about it.

4 Inch Turbo Back

The balanced option. A 4 inch system holds higher exhaust velocity at low RPM, which suits trucks that still tow and haul between trail use. Clearly deeper than factory, without dominating the cab on long drives.

5 Inch Turbo Back

The maximum flow option. A 5 inch system is the better match for larger turbochargers, higher fuelling and aggressive tuning where peak power outweighs low-end velocity. Louder and more aggressive across the whole rev range.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this turbo back exhaust fit a 2024 F-250 6.7L Powerstroke?

Yes. This turbo back exhaust fits 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 6.7L Powerstroke pickups. It does not fit F-450 or Cab & Chassis configurations.

What is the difference between turbo back and downpipe back?

A turbo back system begins at the turbocharger outlet and includes the downpipe, so it replaces every section of exhaust behind the turbo. A downpipe back system starts further downstream and reuses the factory downpipe. This product is a full turbo back system.

Should I choose the 4 inch or the 5 inch?

Choose the 4 inch if the truck runs a stock or mildly upgraded turbocharger and you want strong gains at a manageable volume. Choose the 5 inch if you are running a larger charger with higher fuelling and want maximum flow.

Why does this not fit F-450 or Cab & Chassis trucks?

F-450 and Cab & Chassis models use different frame lengths, exhaust routing and hanger positions than F-250 and F-350 pickups. The piping is bent specifically for the pickup chassis and will not align correctly on those platforms.

Will this fit my 2022 or earlier Powerstroke?

No. Ford revised the 6.7L Powerstroke exhaust layout for the 2023 model year Super Duty. This system is built for 2023 through 2026 trucks only.

How much louder will the truck be?

Expect a noticeably deeper tone that becomes more pronounced under load. The 5 inch variant is louder than the 4 inch throughout the range. Adding the optional muffler reduces volume on either diameter.

Is this legal for street use?

No. This system is sold for closed-course competition and off-road use only. It is not legal for use on emissions-controlled vehicles operated on public roads.
