The Ford 6.7 Powerstroke Delete Kit (2011–2019) is built for owners who want a clean, year-correct off-road delete solution without guessing which parts work together. This 6.7 Powerstroke delete kit includes the correct EGR valve and cooler delete hardware for your truck, your choice of race exhaust and a Mini Maxx V2 tuner with custom delete tuning preloaded for the exact model year selected.
The goal is simple: tune the truck, remove the failure-prone emissions hardware and end up with a setup that runs cooler, pulls harder and stays consistent under load especially when towing.
This makes the package a complete 6.7 Powerstroke tune and delete kit rather than a collection of unrelated parts that need to be matched separately.

The main hardware differences occur in the cooling-system components. The 2015-2016 configuration includes both a heater hose and coolant hose, while the 2011-2014 kit includes a heater hose and the 2017-2019 configuration does not require either of those listed hoses.
Installation difficulty is considered moderate and requires basic mechanical skills and standard hand tools.
Some exhaust systems may require cutting the factory exhaust for removal or fitment, so wheelbase and hanger locations should be verified before final tightening.
After installation, clamps and connections should be rechecked after the first heat cycle and the system inspected for leaks. The vehicle must be tuned before deleting any emissions components.
Please Note: Pickup truck applications only. Wheelbase should be verified when selecting a full 4' exhaust system.
Tune first. Load the delete tune, confirm proper communication and no DTCs, then proceed with the physical delete.
Choose your model year range, then select either the delete pipe or full 4' exhaust, followed by T304 or T409 material. The correct EGR and cooler delete hardware is included automatically.
T304 provides superior corrosion resistance and long-term appearance. T409 is structurally strong and lower cost but may surface discolor over time.

I put the ezlynk 80 hp tow haul tune with pto in and it made a world of difference in the truck. I drove it 800 miles last weekend and it went from 7 mpg to 12 mpg. I think that’s a great gain for a 19500 lb truck. It is always at that weight sometimes a little bit more. Like the throttle response and the engine brake is way better than it was. I have no complaints with it at all
I’m using it for my ELD and it tends to malfunction and turn off twice per day. I have to unplug and replug it in, which when running it as an ELD is undesirable.

Purchased the system for my 2017 F350, mainly because a buddy said I would get better fuel mileage! While that is the furthest from the truth, I relish in the increased power and loud exhaust to scare the slow people who don’t know what a speed limit is. I purchased 36.5 tires for my truck and liked that the Mini Max V2 was able to calibrate for the larger tires and lower tire pressure requirements. Over all, quite pleased.

Packaging completely dsstroyed clamps destroyed contacted mfg they wanted photos of original packaging there wasnt any they refused to do anything about the damaged pipes even with the photos sent they could care less and fitment is horrid all bends way off of where they needed to be

Great product! It fit my 2016 F250 long bed crew cab with no troubles.
The coolant hose was missing backup oring where it connects to heater core. The line leaks at the heater core when securely clipped in place.
Everything fits and works as should but instructions or at least a diagram would be very helpful for install. It took a lot of internet searching to figure out where the L bracket went
