- Cables and device accessories – for example, an unopened/unused switch, bypass cable, universal pyrometer & docking station
Final Sale / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom tuning – including additional tune files purchased separately or custom tuning purchased with a device
- Exhausts and race pipes – this also includes downpipes purchased separately from an exhaust or race pipe
- EGR kits

Tuning the vehicle was fairly simple. It didn’t take more than five minutes to complete. It took a little longer for me to install the tune file onto the EFI so far so good. It works well.

I ordered a “blank” v3 to have my tuner build me new tunes. Received it today and it’s already linked to a flash scan. How is that selling me a blank tuner? In all advertising it says blank, will need to find my own tuner. Absolutely unfortunate to be lied too especially when you give a company so much money
Tune went in without problem, and worked from first start. All the parts fit, and the truck started up fine. Changed from getting 13 mpg to getting 21 mpg.
Getting it downloaded was a bit confusing. But after it was on the device it was very easy

I would like to thank all the people at Tuner Depot for their help and professionalism. When I did my initial egr delete the connection to the y block at the heads loosened and created a turbo leak. It was the tech people that lead me to take the complete system apart and start from scratch to find the problem and correct ti. The truck runs great now.
Easy to use and served the need for my project
Once I figured out the updates and downloaded the file to the device the flash took about 20 minutes. I highly recommend having a battery charger that can maintain a minimum 10-amp charge hooked up to the driver's side battery. Other than that, it was straight forward. Just follow the steps on your device.
