6.0 Powerstroke EGR Delete Kit for 2003–2007 Diesel Engines

This kit replaces the stock EGR and cooler on your 6.0 L Powerstroke. It clears clogged passages and lowers intake temperatures. Your Ford diesel runs cleaner and breathes easier. It fits 2003–2007 F-series trucks (F250–F550) equipped with the 6.0 L engine.

Removing the EGR cooler stops soot buildup and back-pressure. You’ll see firmer throttle response and steadier idling. Fuel use can improve and engine stress drops. For best results, plan on a custom tune once installation is complete.

All mounting parts are included for a simple install. The heavy-duty up-pipe is stainless steel with one welded flange and one adjustable flange. Gaskets, bolts, clamps and all seal rings come in the box. It’s a true DIY package.

This kit is intended for off-road or race use only. It may not meet street-legal emissions rules. Check your local laws before you fit it. Designed for diesel pickup owners who work on their own trucks.
