The Ford Powerstroke 6.0L Exhaust System is built for maximum exhaust flow. It is made for 2003–2007 Ford Super Duty pickup trucks with the 6.0L Powerstroke diesel engine. The system comes in 4-inch or 5-inch options. It removes factory catalytic converter. This helps airflow and improves turbocharger efficiency.
The system is designed only for pickup trucks. It focuses on durability and accurate fitment. It supports different cab and bed configurations. It is made for performance-focused builds and maximum exhaust flow.

Turbo-back configuration eliminates restrictive factory components. This improves exhaust flow and lowers backpressure.
Lower exhaust restriction improves turbo spool. Throttle response is better under load.
Better exhaust evacuation helps lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs). This is helpful during long operations.
The straight-through race design produces an aggressive exhaust sound. An optional Diesel muffler can be added for sound control.

Ordered the exhaust and they second day aired it all the way to Alaska for free, other site wanted $800-1000 to ship to me, i heard other people have fought with a 4” downpipe but it was the easiest install I’ve ever done, sounds amazing, the only thing wrong was it was missing one clamp and an exhaust hanger for the back, other than that I would highly recommend getting one
This is exactly what I was looking for. This system sounds soooooo good. The turbo is crazy loud and now there’s a lot more rumble. Crazy what just an exhaust system can do. I was hesitant to do the install myself based on YouTube vids and stuff but it’s stupid simple. I did it in my apartment parking lot in just over an hour with basic tools. Fit my 03 crew cab king ranch perfectly.

Some openings were bent, out of round in shipping. Can make the fittings work and not the sellers fault. Some simple directions would have been nice.
System fit great and sounds awesome
4" down pipe for 6.0 powerstroke is really tight fitting, rattles against the firewall and back intake bolt on the engine, The rest of the exhaust after the downpipe fits great.
Doesn’t really fit up nice and the downpipe didnt fit at all so i had to buy a different one

Decent quality on the pipe, however downpipe does not fit the turbo correctly, definitely modification and two of the hangers we’re not on the pipe had to make my own and weld them on. Overall, not a bad purchase, but wasn’t looking to do modification

Overall pretty dam happy with the exhaust. It arrived quickly to Southern Az despite being sent from Canada. One of the pipes did have a decent ding in it but I think it’s more a delivery thing. Things I would want to know: I was able to install it alone in an afternoon without too much hassle. Lubricate the rubber hangers for a bit before trying to pull your old exhaust off and send the down pipe up from the bottom while twisting it. Everything else is pretty self explanatory if you’re a little handy. As far as sound goes it’s pretty mild with normal driving but wakes the %#@! up when you give it WOT. Can tell some added power and EGTs r down slightly. In all would buy again without hesitation. Happy trucking my friends
