Introduction

EGR Delete Kit for Powerstroke 6.4L is designed to remove common EGR failure points, reduce soot buildup and improve airflow. Kit includes a high-flow aluminum elbow, all required hardware and gaskets.

The factory EGR system on the 6.4L Powerstroke is a known weak point. Over time, EGR valves and coolers plug up, leak or fail.
