Product Highlights:
This intake elbow replaces the restrictive stock piping on your 2003-2007 Ford F-250, F-350 Super Duty, or 2003.5-2005 Excursion 6.0 with larger diameter CNC mandrel-bent aluminum tubing. The increased diameter and large radius bend prevent restriction within the intake for a noticeable increase in performance while the stronger aluminum tubing and CNC machined base plate are designed to hold higher boost levels. The 6.0L Power Stroke Intake Elbow provides an upgrade over the stock plastic unit.

Description:
Whether your 6.0L Ford Powerstroke engine is brand new or has been used and abused for thousands of miles, it can contain contaminants such as casting sand leftover from the manufacturing process, metal shavings, rust, and mineral deposits floating in your coolant that can ruin your truck's refrigeration system. These dangerous materials can even damage the water pump bearings and the small passages inside the EGR and oil cooler.
With this Coolant Filtration System, you can rest easy knowing that your engine will always be protected.
Installation is a breeze: The CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum anodized construction filter head attaches to a supplied bracket, which mounts to the factory holes, so no drilling is required. Anyone with basic mechanical knowledge can install this part in their garage.

- All necessary accessories for installation are included in the kit.
- The filter is easy to unscrew which makes it easy to replace
- It is recommended to replace the first filter at 500 miles and replace the second and third every 3000 miles.
- After the first 3 changes, filter replacement can be done once a year.
- Silicone hose fittings are pre-assembled for simple, leak-proof connections. These parts have been tested multiple times in controlled environments and withstand more than double the recommended pressure at the radiator cap.
