Ensuring clarity in our return procedures is essential for us and your peace of mind. Our guidelines below provide a step-by-step guide for an efficient return experience.


Order Cancellation:

  • Immediate Order Processing: Once an order is placed, it gets processed immediately, and a shipping label is generated and paid for. This swift processing ensures quick delivery but also means orders cannot be canceled post-purchase.

  • Order Already Shipped? If you change your mind after your order is dispatched but before you've received it, please wait for the delivery. Once received, you can then initiate a return based on our return policy. Should you contact us before the product has left our facility, we may attempt to halt the shipment, but the shipping costs are non-refundable.

Initiate the Return:

Obtaining RMA: For any return, you must first acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This helps us track and efficiently manage returns. To get an RMA, please reach out to our Customer Support desk via phone or by emailing us at hello@tunerdepot.comWithout a valid RMA, we can't process your return.


A. For Tuners:

  • PLEASE NOTE: All Custom Tuning is final sale and as such will not be accepted for Returns or Refunds unless device/tuning is proven faulty by manufacturer.

    • If Your Tuner is Faulty: You have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a manufacturer's warranty claim. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to return the faulty tuner to us. For more information on our warranty policy, please click Here.
    • For Other Return Reasons: If you decide to return the tuner for reasons other than a fault, you will be charged the cost of the return label as well as a 20-25% restocking fee based on the condition of the tuner's return. We do not allow third-party return labels and all return labels must be provided by us. 

B. For Exhausts, Race Pipes, and EGR Kits:

  • PLEASE NOTE: Exhausts and race pipes are final sale and as such will not be accepted for Returns or Refunds. 

  • Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

    • Exhausts & Race Pipes: If you find that your item is damaged, we'll either send you a replacement part or, in severe damage cases, a completely new product. If you receive an incorrect item, don't worry: Contact us right away and we will make right.
    • EGR Kits: If your EGR kit arrives damaged or incomplete, we'll ensure you get the necessary replacement parts. Receive the wrong kit? We'll dispatch the correct one immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the mistaken item.
  • Returning EGR for Other Reasons: If you decide to return a product not related to damage:

    • Ensure you use our provided return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.
    • A restocking fee will apply – 25% for EGR kits, with possible increases based on the product's condition.

Refunds and Credits:

  • Post-Return Inspection: To uphold our quality standards, we inspect all returned items before processing any refunds, gift cards, or exchanges.

  • Opt for a Gift Card: Instead of a conventional refund, you have the choice of a Tuner Depot Gift Card. This way, you can redeem the amount on any future purchases with us.
