This bench-flash delete tune is designed for the Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0L EcoDiesel (2014–2019). It disables EGR and DPF-related fault codes for off-road and race-use vehicles after emissions hardware has been removed. By eliminating emissions system limitations, this tuning solution restores drivability and allows selectable performance levels based on your driving needs.

This is a bench-flash ECM tuning service. Your factory PCM/ECU must be removed from the vehicle (DIY or professional removal) and shipped to us using the prepaid label provided after checkout. Once received, your ECM is inspected, programmed, and shipped back within 4–6 business days, then returned via express shipping (2–3 business days).

Installation & Preparation Notes
- Required Hardware – A DPF/DEF race pipe or delete pipe is required to operate this tune.
- Previously Tuned ECMs – We cannot program over an existing tune. If your PCM/ECU has been previously tuned, it must be returned to factory (stock) software before this service.
- DPF Regeneration Required – Perform a full DPF regeneration before sending in the PCM. This resets DPF accumulation values, which cannot be reset once the PCM has been modified.
- DEF/DPF Countdown Warnings – Any DEF or DPF countdown warnings must be resolved before tuning. These warnings originate from the SCR module and remain stored in the instrument cluster. An ECU tune will not remove them.
- No Active Fault Codes – Before removing the ECM, confirm there are no active or stored fault codes, warning lights, or maintenance messages. All codes must be cleared.
- ECM Removal Procedure – Clear all fault codes, turn the ignition key to the OFF position, disconnect the negative battery terminal, and then remove the ECM.
- Bench-Flash Service Only – This is a bench-flash tuning service. The PCM/ECU must be removed from the vehicle and shipped to us. Removal can be done by you or a qualified professional. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.
- Shipping & Turnaround Time – After we receive your ECM, it will be inspected, programmed, and shipped back within 4–6 business days. Return shipping is express, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days. Broker or customs fees, if applicable, are not included.
- Emissions System Warning – The vehicle must be tuned with zero active codes before any emissions components are removed or modified.
- Special-Order Service – Bench-flash delete tuning for Jeep vehicles is a special-order service and is not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Liability Notice – Failure to follow all preparation and installation instructions may result in ECM damage and may void warranty coverage.

How does the bench-flash process work?
You remove and ship your PCM/ECU using our prepaid label. Once received, it is inspected, programmed and returned within 4–6 business days.
Can you tune a previously tuned ECM?
No. The ECM must be returned to a factory-stock file before this service can be applied.
Is this a physical delete kit?
No. This product is a tuning service only. All physical delete components are sold separately.
Will this remove DEF or DPF countdown warnings?
No. SCR-related countdowns must be cleared before tuning, as they remain stored in the instrument cluster.
Is this service refundable?
No. Bench-flash tuning services are custom, special-order items and are non-refundable.
