This device uses Bluetooth communication with your phone or tablet, making the tuning process simpler and more efficient than ever before.

How It Works

Upon purchasing this product, you will receive the Iron Loader V2 device. The device connects to your Jeep Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel via Bluetooth using the PowerGate app, available on iOS and Android. You will read your vehicle's stock ECU file, upload it to the tuning servers, then receive and flash your custom tune back to the vehicle using the Iron Loader V2.

• Economy: Retains stock power with emissions components removed, focused on improving fuel efficiency.
• StockPlus: Maintains emissions components while gaining a +35hp increase. Fuel economy typically improves by 5-10%.
• EcoPower: Emissions components removed with a +35hp gain, optimized for improved fuel mileage while maintaining reliability.
• Race: Emissions components removed with a +50hp increase for enhanced performance while retaining safety features.
• Tow: Emissions components removed with a +50hp increase, calibrated for improved towing at maximum capacity.
• Max: Delivers maximum performance with up to a +75hp increase on a stock engine and turbo setup.
• Custom: Tailored for modified engines or upgraded turbos, providing a fully custom engine calibration.

Important Considerations

• Turnaround Time: 1-2 business days.
• Resolve Any Errors: Ensure no maintenance or engine warning lights are present before starting the tuning process.
• Clear DEF/DPF Issues: Any DEF or DPF countdown issues must be resolved prior to tuning, as the ECU tune will not address these errors.
• Check SCR Module Codes: Any pre-existing SCR module fault codes must be resolved before tuning and cannot be cleared afterward.
• No Computer Needed: All file transfers are handled directly through the mobile app.
• Custom Order: This product cannot be returned or refunded.

Quick Start Instructions

• Step 1: Connect the Iron Loader V2 device to the vehicle's OBD2 port and power it on.
• Step 2: Open the PowerGate app on your phone or tablet, connect via Bluetooth, and read the stock tune.
• Step 3: Upload the stock tune to the tuning server and wait for the custom file to be prepared.
• Step 4: Download the custom tune and flash it to the vehicle using the PowerGate app.
• Step 5: Follow all on-screen instructions to complete the tuning process.
