This 3' Stainless Steel Cat & DPF Delete Pipe for RAM EcoDiesel 3.0L pipe fits the 2014-2019 RAM 1500 EcoDiesel 3.0L models.

However, it will not fit Regular Cab models.

Product Description:

This 3' stainless steel race pipe allows for the removal of the catalytic converter and DPF filter, perfect for off-road use. It replaces the factory downpipe, improving exhaust flow. Furthermore, it is designed to enhance performance and is ideal for those seeking off-road capabilities in their RAM EcoDiesel.

Installation Instructions:

• To begin, you need to remove all sensors and the DEF injector from the downpipe, SCR, and DPF. Next, loosen the clamp at the tailpipe-to-muffler connection, slide the tailpipe back, and remove it for reinstallation later. Afterward, loosen the front muffler clamp and remove the muffler, ensuring you keep it for later use.
• In the next step, remove the three fasteners from the 3-bolt flange and take out the SCR assembly. After that, loosen the v-band clamp at the turbo-to-downpipe connection and remove the downpipe, keeping the clamp for reuse. Then, install the new downpipe with the previously removed clamp, though do not tighten it yet.
• Now, attach the secondary pipe to the downpipe and insert the hanger into the factory bushing, making sure the hanger points towards the front. Install the third pipe with the hanger pointing towards the rear of the truck.
• Important Note: If your truck has a shorter 5'7' bed, you will need to cut 7' off the pipe. Make sure you cut from the side that connects to the secondary pipe, not the end near the hanger.
