The 2022–2024 RAM 6.7L Cummins Tuning Package is a complete tuning solution for RAM 2500 and 3500 HD pickup trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins diesel. The package includes the required tuning hardware, tuning software, tuning credits, and Dodge Smart Access Cable, along with your choice of ECM solution.
Choose between a brand-new OEM Mopar ECM built to 2019–2021 specifications or a Factory ECM Unlock that allows you to utilize your existing 2022–2024 factory ECM through the OBD port.
With the Brand New OEM Mopar ECM option, a new OEM Mopar ECM is shipped directly to you and your original 2022–2024 factory ECM remains untouched. This gives you the ability to retain your original ECM and swap it back into the truck later if needed.
With the Factory ECM Unlock option, your existing 2022–2024 factory ECM remains installed in the truck and is unlocked through the OBD port, allowing it to be utilized for the supported tuning process.
Why Does a 2022–2024 Cummins Need an ECM Solution?
The 2022–2024 RAM 6.7L Cummins uses a secured CM2450B ECM that has updated security compared with earlier Cummins applications. This makes the tuning process different from previous 6.7L Cummins trucks.
This package gives you two options for addressing the ECM configuration. You can choose a brand-new OEM Mopar ECM built to 2019–2021 specifications as the tuning platform, or choose the Factory ECM Unlock option to utilize your existing 2022–2024 ECM through an OBD unlock.

Factory ECM Unlock Option
- Keep your original 2022–2024 factory ECM installed in the truck.

- The factory ECM is unlocked through the OBD port.
- Complete the applicable tuning process using the supplied tuning hardware, software, and credits.
Switch-On-The-Fly Cummins Tuning
The tuning package includes Switch-On-The-Fly capability for supported configurations, allowing compatible power levels to be selected using the factory cruise-control buttons on the steering wheel.
