Introduction
Free your Sprinter from restrictive emissions equipment with the Mercedes Sprinter 3.0L 3-inch DPF Delete Exhaust, designed for 2010–2025 Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner Sprinter 2500/3500 vans equipped with the 3.0L V6 diesel engine.
This complete Sprinter DPF delete kit removes the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), catalytic converters and related exhaust restrictions to improve exhaust flow, reliability and drivability for race-use applications.
The system supports early W906 exhaust designs (2010–2018) and revised W907 / W910 exhaust configurations (2019–2025). Mercedes updated the exhaust and turbo direct pipe in late 2018, so it is important to confirm which exhaust version your Sprinter uses before ordering.
This Sprinter dpf delete kit is available in T-304 or T-409 stainless steel. Both versions use the same design, fitment and components. The material choice affects corrosion resistance and cost only, not performance or fitment.
Vehicle Fitment
| Year | Make | Model | Engine | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2010–2018 | Mercedes-Benz | Sprinter 2500 / 3500 | 3.0L V6 Diesel | Early exhaust design |

| 2019–2025 | Freightliner | Sprinter 2500 / 3500 | 3.0L V6 Diesel | Revised exhaust & turbo direct pipe |
Important: Mercedes changed the exhaust design in late 2018. Always verify whether the vehicle uses the early or revised exhaust configuration before ordering.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What is the difference between T-304 and T-409 stainless steel?
A1: Both versions have the same fitment and design. T-304 offers higher corrosion resistance, while T-409 is a cost-effective option commonly used in exhaust systems.
Q2: Does this exhaust kit fit all 2018 Sprinter 3.0L vans?
A2: Yes, but you must confirm whether the van uses the early or revised exhaust design, as both were used during that model year.
