Enjoy the convenience of our shipping services. We provide a shipping label for you to send your ECM, cover the shipping both ways, and ensure its safe return. Additional broker fees, though rare, are not included.The Process

1. Remove your PCM/ECU (or have it professionally removed) and ship it to us.
2. Upon receiving your PCM, our experts will inspect it, perform the flash, and prepare it for return shipment. This process typically takes 4-6 business days.
3. We ensure fast and efficient delivery by utilizing express shipping, with an expected delivery time of 2-3 business days.

For the 2020+ Jeep & Ram EcoDiesel Delete Process:

For the delete procedure, remove all DPF & SCR from the exhaust at this time. Leave all EGR, throttle valve, MAF, MAP and all remaining EGT sensors intact at this time. Do not modify the DEF tank or DEF tank sensors at this time. You (as the customer) are expected to build a block off plate for the second EGR port opening (which normally reroutes back into the exhaust).

Variations

We offer three tuning options to suit your needs:

• Stock: Enjoy a stock tune with emissions deleted.
• Stage 1: Add an additional 30HP with our stage 1 tune. Experience noticeable performance gains without putting excessive stress on the engine.
• Stage 2: Take your power to the next level with an impressive 50HP increase. With this tune, you can expect up to a 10% MPG increase in fuel economy at the stock power level and up to 7% with the 30HP tune.

Removing the ECM

1. Clear all codes.
2. Turn the key to the off position.
3. Remove the negative cable from the battery.
4. Remove the ECM.

Please Note:

• Perform DPF Regen prior to having PCM tuned as this will reset DPF accumulation values that cannot be reset once the PCM has been modified/tuned.
• We cannot tune over an existing tune. If your PCM was previously tuned, it must be reverted back to stock before applying a new tune.

• Before removing your ECM, ensure there are no maintenance or engine lights illuminated on the dash. Your vehicle should have no errors prior to ECM removal. Clear any DEF/DPF countdown issues before tuning, as ECU tunes typically don’t remove SCR module codes from the cluster. Ensure all codes are cleared before removing the ECM.
• Due to the on-going software updates on the 2020+ Jeeps some ECMs will have software versions that we have not done and these will take more time to unlock and tune.  Expect the ECM to be in our hands for 3-7 business days.
