This 3" 304-grade stainless steel catalyst and DPF delete pipe is engineered for 2019–2023.5 RAM 1500 EcoDiesel 3.0L models.
Note: Regular Cab variants are not compatible.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel, this 3" performance pipe replaces the factory downpipe, enabling removal of the catalytic converter and DPF for off-road applications. It improves exhaust flow, boosting output and is perfect for enthusiasts seeking enhanced off-road performance in their RAM EcoDiesel.

Step-by-Step Installation:
- Begin by removing all sensors and the DEF injector from the downpipe, SCR, and DPF. Then loosen the clamp at the tailpipe-to-muffler connection, slide the tailpipe back, and set it aside for later reassembly. Next, release the front muffler clamp and take off the muffler, retaining it for reinstall.
- Proceed to remove the three bolts from the 3-bolt flange and extract the SCR assembly. Loosen the V-band clamp at the turbo-to-downpipe joint and remove the downpipe, saving the clamp for reuse. Install the new downpipe with the retained clamp, but leave it hand-tight for now.
- Attach the secondary pipe section to the downpipe, inserting the hanger into the factory bushing with the hanger facing forward. Then mount the third pipe segment with its hanger oriented toward the rear of the vehicle.
- Important Note: If your truck has the shorter 5'7" bed, trim 7" from the section connecting to the secondary pipe, not near the hanger.
