The Mercedes Sprinter 3.0L - 3" DPF Delete Parts Kit is designed to fit 2010 through 2025 Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner Sprinter 2500 & 3500 models equipped with the 3.0L V6 diesel engine. This kit covers both the earlier exhaust design (2010–2018) and the later configuration (2019+). For late 2018 and newer models, Mercedes introduced a revised exhaust and turbo direct pipe. Please confirm which version your vehicle uses before purchase.

By removing the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), catalytic converters, and related sensors, you’ll unlock improved performance, reliability, and fuel economy—whether you rely on your van for work or travel.

Constructed from premium 304 stainless steel and designed with factory-style mounting brackets, this system reduces stress on the turbo while ensuring long-term durability. The included flex pipe provides extra reliability, while the bolt-on design simplifies installation. All necessary clamps and adapters are included.

Note: The straight-pipe configuration creates a louder exhaust tone and noticeable drone at highway speeds. For quieter operation, we recommend choosing the resonator option.

Important Notes:

• Unplug SCR controller, NOx sensors, AdBlue injector, and DPF pressure/EGT sensors before tuning.
• If the van has an active countdown, idle mode, or DEF-related faults, use Mercedes-specific tools to reset codes before tuning. Failure to do so will prevent proper function.
• Mercedes changed the exhaust design in late 2018. Always verify whether your van uses the “old” or “new” style before ordering.
