This product requires the following items:

• Laptop with Windows +10 OS
• HP Tuners VCM Suite Beta (latest version required), which you can download here .
• Internet Connection

ECM Removal Guide

Follow these steps before sending us your ECM:

1. Clear any dashboard warnings or maintenance alerts.
2. Resolve DEF/DPF countdown issues (if any) before ECM removal.
3. Turn off the ignition and disconnect the battery’s negative cable.
4. Remove the ECM safely.

For the ECM Unlock Service, we will send you a UPS return label. Please print the label and use a secure and sturdy box to send us ECM.
