Submitting the information to create your tune file
You should now have all required fields filled.
Visit this page here to submit the necessary details to our expert tuner, including your email, order number, and all requested info. After submitting your data, our tuner will request read files via email.
It will take 1-3 business days to have your tune created and emailed to you. Due to email file size restrictions, the TCM tune will be sent in a separate email (if purchased).
Section E
Flashing the ECM tune file
1) Follow the steps in Section B or C depending on your truck's model year to connect.
2) After connection, either click OBD > Write or Service Mode > Write depending on your truck’s requirements (Service Mode for 2020-2021 & OBD for 2022+). In the pop-up, select the module you wish to flash (ECU to flash the engine computer and TCU to flash the transmission computer). Always start with the ECU if both an ECU & TCU tune were ordered.
3) Locate your saved tune file, click it, and select Open.
4) The flash process should take about 10 minutes.
5) Once completed, you will see "Flash complete". Click Cable > Disconnect, reconnect any factory cables you removed, and take your truck for a test drive!

Section F
KAM Reset Procedure (2020-2021 ECM only) - Must be done immediately after tuning
1) Ensure the throttle valve is unplugged (see image below):

2) Begin the relearn by applying 1/4 throttle, allowing the truck to shift through all gears, then park the truck, turn it off, and open and close the driver’s door.
3) Repeat the process at 1/2, 3/4, and full throttle.
4) If the truck doesn’t hold power at any throttle position, repeat the process for the previous position.
5) Once finished, reconnect the throttle valve if you are using a single-tune file on a 2022 ECM. For SOTF tunes on a 2020-2021 ECM, proceed to Section G.
Section G
Wiring the SOTF switch (2020-2021 ECM running SOTF)
1) Choose a good location to mount the switch inside the cabin
2) Route the wires through the rubber grommet on the driver’s side firewall into the engine compartment
3) Once in the engine compartment, route the wires towards the Charge Air Cooler sensor location (shown below)
4) Insert the SOTF wires into the provided CAC connector (orientation doesn’t matter)
5) Unplug the CAC sensor and connect the SOTF connector to the factory CAC harness
6) Disconnect the Throttle Valve sensor and secure the connector away from any moving parts.

The most common issue is receiving an error about insufficient credits, but this is almost always due to internet connection issues or outdated software. Ensure you are connected to a reliable network and using the latest software. If you encounter a credit error, close and restart the software, and check for updates. Using a wired internet connection can help resolve this.
